skrueckenandCursor f006f8b912 Add software LiPo UV protection with energy-save boot. 
Detect under-voltage on GPIO1/11, persist UV state in NVS, enter a minimal
power mode without ESP-NOW, and recover after charge; expose LED mode 6
battery-low for host testing via goTool.

skrueckenandCursor eb67a46158 Add LED ring control per client and broadcast over REST and WebSocket. 
Solid color mode fills all ring LEDs; master routes UART commands to slaves
via ESPNOW_LED_RING. goTool exposes POST /api/led-ring, WebSocket set_led_ring,
and a dashboard LED panel with master/slave/all targets.
