skrueckenandCursor 4adfcdb95a Add tm_server with SQLite, Svelte UI, and task-master TUI sync. 
Introduces the web backend (auth, RBAC, project tokens, revisions),
YouTrack-or-taskmaster backend choice in the TUI, and a first-pass
embedded Svelte UI. The frontend is functional but needs a major rework.

o/w/d select OPEN/WIP/DONE in the status menu, with the hotkeys shown inline.

SkrueckenandCursor 24c1e146ec Add offline-first task-master TUI with tickets, board lists, and undo. 
Charm-based CLI with JSON persistence, status/list filters, external editor editing, command-history undo/redo, and glamour markdown without AutoStyle OSC hangs.
