skrueckenandCursor 6e6b13270a Add ticket file attachments with simple in-browser Excel editing. 
Store uploads on disk under DataDir and expose them in the web ticket view so .xlsx files can be previewed and saved as cell values without YouTrack or TUI sync.

skrueckenandCursor 472a2fa72e Add global web nav with project groups and tree sidebar. 
Restructure the UI into top-level tabs and a scrollable project tree, and persist optional project groups so demos and settings can organize many projects.

skrueckenandCursor 4adfcdb95a Add tm_server with SQLite, Svelte UI, and task-master TUI sync. 
Introduces the web backend (auth, RBAC, project tokens, revisions),
YouTrack-or-taskmaster backend choice in the TUI, and a first-pass
embedded Svelte UI. The frontend is functional but needs a major rework.
