skrueckenandCursor 4adfcdb95a Add tm_server with SQLite, Svelte UI, and task-master TUI sync. 
Introduces the web backend (auth, RBAC, project tokens, revisions),
YouTrack-or-taskmaster backend choice in the TUI, and a first-pass
embedded Svelte UI. The frontend is functional but needs a major rework.

SkrueckenandCursor bfc1cbd4d9 Add ticket time tracking with reports and entry management. 
Support start/stop timer, manual durations, grouped reports, and per-ticket edit/delete of time entries with undo.

SkrueckenandCursor 73216ec4ae Persist undo/redo history across runs with a 20-entry cap. 
Serialize create/update/delete commands to DataDir/history.json and reload them on startup via OpenHistory.
