skrueckenandCursor 2dbf0918de Add local JSON daemon and route TUI/CLI through it. 
A per-DataDir background process owns ticket JSON, history, and sync so
multiple TUI instances stay consistent; MCP token APIs are ready for phase 2.

skrueckenandCursor b311a355fd Wire demo seed so TUI connects to Test and Website Relaunch. 
Dev seed now issues write tokens and writes local taskmaster meta under TASK_MASTER_HOME, so make run-dev can sync without manual setup.

skrueckenandCursor 4adfcdb95a Add tm_server with SQLite, Svelte UI, and task-master TUI sync. 
Introduces the web backend (auth, RBAC, project tokens, revisions),
YouTrack-or-taskmaster backend choice in the TUI, and a first-pass
embedded Svelte UI. The frontend is functional but needs a major rework.
