Add offline-first task-master TUI with tickets, board lists, and undo.

Charm-based CLI with JSON persistence, status/list filters, external editor editing, command-history undo/redo, and glamour markdown without AutoStyle OSC hangs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
