skrueckenandCursor 141176a824 Send large BLE host frames across multiple notifies. 
Prefer ATT MTU 517 and chunk oversized responses so CLIENT_INFO/BATTERY work with many pods; reset the goTool parser after timeouts so partial frames do not poison the next exchange.

skrueckenandCursor af20635047 Harden BLE host link and expose latency tools in the dashboard. 
Add BLE RTT/stream tests and live tick median in the UI, fix concurrent WebSocket writes and late BATTERY replies, and skip 2M PHY updates that assert under ESP-NOW coexistence.

skrueckenandCursor 92a13d7fd0 Add BLE host transport selectable via DIP8 alongside UART. 
Master can speak the same framed protobuf protocol over NimBLE or UART; goTool gains -ble, ble-rtt, and ble-stream timing checks for ESP-NOW coexistence.
